Umeyoshi, a plum-specialty shop created this delicious plum wine.
Using the Minabe’s (Wakayama prefecture) ripe Nanko Ume which was
grown in the Umeyoshi's own farm, this plum wine is
made with Okinawa's Awamori and rock sugar.
To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Nanko Ume, we used the Okinawa's
Kusu (Over-3-year-old Awamori), which is a symbol of longevity and wellness.
By using the ripe Nanko Ume, it creates the better, richer taste.
Also, the grated plum pulps contained makes this Umeshu more
